boxingI don't have any exercise equipment and I don't want to join a gym so what are my options?
You still have plenty of options.  We will still be able to achieve your goals with whatever resources you have available. I am also able to bring gym equipment to your place or advise you on what to buy. If you do not wish to buy anything, we can still do a solid workout without any equipment.

What foods and drinks should I be avoiding if I want to lose weight?
Food and drinks that contain a lot of processed carbohydrates that cause blood sugar to rise too rapidly. Candy, soft drinks, white bread, chippies, biscuits, junk food etc are the main things to stay away from.

How long do I have to work out to get into shape?
If you are pushing yourself hard enough during workouts, an hour is more then enough time to get a solid workout. If you are training for longer than an hour, you should really be questioning how much effort you are putting into that hour.
