My personal gym
I have set up a gym at my home that is perfect for training sessions. This is ideal if you don't want to go the gym until you have had some experience with the equipment. Alternatively, if you are embarrassed about working out in public this can be a very motivational and more personal form of training.
Here is some of the equipment I have set up:

- Swiss ball.
- A fitness bike.
- Mini trampoline.
